These terms apply to orders placed through the Strength By Numbers Store. By placing an order and accepting terms at checkout, you agree to this agreement.
Subscription plans are sold on a 12-month lease term unless your order explicitly states a different term. The initial term starts when your subscription is activated.
At the end of the initial 12-month term, the subscription automatically renews for further 12-month periods unless either party gives written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the current term ends.
By checking the terms box at checkout, you authorise recurring payments for your subscription plan. Recurring charges are collected using your selected payment method.
Shipping and any one-time charges are billed at checkout. For deferred subscription orders, recurring subscription billing may be activated later according to your agreed commercial terms.
If a payment fails, we may retry payment, suspend access, or pause service until your account is brought up to date.
Subscription hardware is provided on a lease basis. Title does not transfer to you unless separately agreed in writing.
Software is licensed, not sold. During an active subscription term, you receive access to the software features included in your plan and applicable product updates.
Accessories purchased as one-time items are owned by you once paid in full.
We arrange shipment to the address provided at checkout. Risk in shipped goods passes to you on delivery.
If a subscription is ended and leased equipment must be returned, you must return it in reasonable condition (fair wear and tear excepted) within 30 days of end of term unless otherwise agreed.
You must use equipment and software in accordance with product guidance and intended use. You must not resell, transfer, reverse engineer, or misuse leased equipment or licensed software.
You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification.
You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions and consents from your staff, clients, or athletes before collecting or processing their data in our platform.
We handle personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable notice period. We may also suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, or unlawful use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months for the affected subscription or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Strength By Numbers products are performance assessment tools and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
These terms form the entire agreement for store orders and replace any prior discussions about the same purchase. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement continues.
